Creating Social Capital

"Social Capital" is defined as the level of trust and norms of reciprocity that exist in communities. (Putnam). Through the Buffalo/Niagara All America City Committee, founded in 1993 by Virginia Hens, Alforna Evans and Phil Haberstro.
